Pure Siberian soul, bass/guitar/drums player, in the past well known in underground music of SIBERIA as a leader of black metal band Cromlech and funk psychedelic stuff Like Rats.

Peter is the founder of KOLONKI RECORDINGS and today is a highly acclaimed producer/songwriter/remixer who has developed several different projects in various directions: with heavy Afro-Cuban-Brazilian influence (El Ritmo Siberia, Samberia, Non-Brazilians, in co authorship with Rosa Morena Russa), jazz-lounge (Le Nouvelle Audio Symbiozis), soulful house (in co-authorship with US R'n'B star Terry Dexter), alternative & metal (CULT KR, Kamlath).

Untiring in creative search for unusual collaborations with the international musicians and producers on the crossover of styles.

Playing guitar since the age of 14, Phil has also played drums with live bands for almost 10 years. He opened his "Garden Studio" in Padua near Venice in year 2000. He has done soundworks signed for BMG/Ricordi, Melodica, ZYX Music, Vale Music, Milanolab, Contrasto Records, Soulstar, H&M Productions, and a lot of cooperation works with different artists & producers.

Today he's a recognized house and deephouse producer and remixer, focused on deephouse sounds, but his musical range varies from smooth easy listening to progressive house.

He's the head of Kolonki Recordings Italy, resident producer and remixer for the label, managing most of the label's affairs together with his siberian brother - the label's owner and founder Peter Shallmin.

A talented artist from Kaluga, a russian city near Moscow, Pavel is a musician, vocalist & performer with a clear and dazzling voice, and an appreciated composer of soulful songs in pop, disco, house and latino styles.

After having graduated at the College Of Culture, he started his musical carrier at Musical Theatre of Kaluga city and since 1993 he has been working as a DJ on russian FM stations. Pavel also took part to various TV shows, live solo performances and competitions: 1996 - 3rd place on selection round of "Slavic Bazaar" (Mayak FM), 1997 - competition "Song of Russia” (RTR TV, Moscow), 2001 - the Prize of sympathies on international festival of young talents "Slavic Star", 2002 - the Prize for artistic “Slavic star”, 2004 - Grand Prix of the international competition "Star Gates"(Vladimir city).

Together with Peter Shallmin he does remixes for Kolonki releases under CORTES & PAULO S & DEEP VINTAGE aliases.
